LASER WELDING MACHINE
A GB laser welding machine is an industrial welding system that uses a high-power laser beam to join metal components. The concentrated laser energy produces a small, precise molten area, allowing fast welding with relatively low heat input and limited distortion.

Working Principle
The basic process is:

Electrical Power → Laser Source → Optical Fiber → Welding Head → Laser Beam → Workpiece

The laser source generates a high-energy laser beam.
The beam is transmitted to the welding head through an optical fiber.
The welding head focuses the laser beam onto the joint between two metal parts.
The concentrated energy melts the metal at the joint.
As the welding head moves along the joint, the molten metal solidifies and forms a strong weld.
Depending on the material and application, shielding gas such as argon or nitrogen may be used to protect the weld area from oxidation.
