A concrete needle vibrator machine is a construction machine used to compact freshly poured concrete by removing trapped air bubbles and ensuring that concrete properly fills the gaps around reinforcement bars and inside formwork.
Working Principle
The basic process is:
Electric Motor → Flexible Shaft → Vibrating Needle → Fresh Concrete
The motor provides rotary power.
The power is transmitted through a flexible shaft to the vibrating needle.
An eccentric weight inside the needle rotates at high speed and produces vibration.
The vibrating needle is inserted into freshly poured concrete.
The vibration reduces trapped air and allows the concrete particles to settle closely together.
After sufficient compaction, the needle is slowly removed and the process is repeated at another location.
